Chef de Cuisine Robyn Ziegler is a seasoned executive and private chef and culinary consultant with 18 years experience delivering refined, personalized dining experiences to her clientele. She has blended food science and cooking traditions with innovation across every step of her career.
Robyn rose to prominence as the owner of Ziggy’s Bakery & Deli, a beloved Asheville eatery best known for its artisan bagels and community-centered atmosphere. She served as the private chef for the George Vanderbilt family at the historic Biltmore Estate. There, she meticulously planned, shopped for, and prepared two daily meals, in addition to three customized, portioned meals designed to meet the dietary and fitness goals of her client. Her work reflects a rare blend of culinary artistry and nutritional precision.
She is highly skilled in creating organic, gluten-free, and dairy-free menus, and excels at preparing top-quality, seasonal ingredients. Whether managing buffets or plated dinners for up to 50 guests, Robyn consistently delivers with elegance, efficiency, and grace.
Now based in Phoenix, Arizona, Chef Robyn has launched CONNECTED KITCHENS, a culinary coaching and kitchen management business. Her newest services help clients redesign their own kitchen experience—from understanding the foods needed in their kitchen for a healthier life, to handling tips and storage solutions that maintain quality and nutrients longer, to proper meal planning and preparation that saves time and money while eating better and feeling better.
